Main Judi Pakai Dana Covid-19, Pak Kades Ini Terancam Hukuman Mati
Kepala Desa (kades) yang dekat dan dipilih langsung oleh warga ternyata juga tidak peka pada masalah warganya. AKR (43) kepala desa dari Musi Rawas (Mura) malah menghabiskan dana Covid-19 dari dana desa untuk bermain judi.
Akibatnya, kepala desa ini terancam hukuman mati. Hal tersebut disampaikan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejari Lubuklinggau, Yuriza Antoni, dalam dakwaannya saat persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Palembang Kelas 1 A Khusus, melansir iNews, Senin (1/3/2021) sore.
Dijelaskan Yuriza, terdakwa yang menjabat sebagai Kades Sukowarno pada Mei 2020 telah menggunakan dana desa tahap 2 dan 3 senilai Rp187,2 juta untuk membayar utang pribadi dan berjudi.
"Padahal salah satu peruntukan dana itu seharusnya untuk pencegahan dan penanggulangan corona bagi warga setempat dan dibagikan Rp600.000 perkepala keluarga," katanya.
Di hadapan majelis hakim yang diketuai Sahlan Effendi, JPU menjerat terdakwa dengan pasal 2 Ayat (1) atau pasal 3 UU nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang perubahan UU nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi jo pasal 18 UU nomor 20 tahun 2001.
Sebagaimana pasal yang didakwakan maka terdakwa diancam pinada penjara maksimal 20 tahun," katanya.
Kemudian, merujuk kepada Peratruran Presiden RI No 11 tahun 2020 tentang penyalahgunaan dana penanggulangan Covid-19, maka terdakwa dapat terancam hukuman mati.
